Wozu Universum schauen, wenn das Paradies sprichwörtlich vor der Haustüre liegt!?
Am Dach unseres Nachbarn nistet ein Falkenpärchen. Sie haben zwei Jungtiere, die mittlerweile beinahe so groß sind wie ihre Eltern. Nur, sie können noch nicht fliegen. Also fallen sie im Sturzflug aus dem Nest und üben dann verzweifelt. Und wenn dann ein Mensch mit Kamera auf sie zukommt, sind sie etwas verwirrt. Video anschauen!!
English: Why should I watch discovery channel, when paradise is proverbially in front of my door!? Falcons are nestling on our neighbour´s roof. This season they have two babies which are already almost as tall as their parents, but they can´t fly yet. So they keep falling out of their nest and are trying to get some air time. Looks a bit clumsy at the moment, but cute. And human beings with cameras distract them from their flight training sessions :)
